Responsable for the accounting, insurance and risk management side of the business for nearly all the clients. Helping as much as I could in giving a service the clients would expect and trying to exceed their expectations. Was also involved the in compliance side as well with filing annual returns, Annual Bo Forms, any changes to directors / increase of share captial etc.

Having showed my ambition, hunger and passion, I was promoted to this new role. I was responsible for AML / CFT training for new entrants. Responsible for accounts department queries, calculation and submission of monthly commission, processing of monthly direct debits, compiling weekly, monthly and yearly figures.

After my request to be transferred to a life insurance department, I was given this opportunity to embark on this new challenge. Responsible for the growth and the retention of the life portfolio which included decreasing term, level term, savings plan, investment bond and group life policies. Ensuring that the best service was given to new and existing customers (corporate and existing) and stakeholders in handling their queries, endorsements, quotes, having the quick turnaround policy process.

Working for a composite company in Malta. Responsible for the assistance to the credit control, payment and invoicing of the company general business and motor business portfolio’s. Ensuring the payments are processed, allocating of the debtors, preparation of monthly debtor statements to be sent out and chased, chasing outstanding debtors.

Based in Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, Germany. Flown across over thirty European destinations including Morocco. Responsible for ensuring passengers safety along with giving an excellent service according to the needs and requirements of the passengers.Ensuring the passengers safety, selling train & bus tickets, food, drinks, scratch cards, calendars, perfumery and any other items.
