As a Manager, I act as the primary point of contact for retail and e-commerce customers within our Business Units. My primary responsibilities include managing budgets and team coordination for various national and international projects, involving different modules of our digital platform, LEA Reply™. Moreover, I proactively explore new opportunities to support our retail and e-commerce clients in achieving their objectives through our solutions. I maintain a proactive approach to identifying potential challenges that may arise in various initiatives, ensuring the adherence to deadlines and meeting customer requests. Additionally, I am dedicated to cultivating positive and respectful relationships within the teams I collaborate with.

As a Senior Consultant, my responsibility was to coordinate several complex projects on supply chain initiatives for national and international customers on our LEA Reply™ platform (a digital platform for executive supply chain, composed of a set of business microservices, representing the latest evolution of our software).One of the most significant initiative involved me as both a project manager and a solution specialist on international projects for one of the largest retailers in the world (and one of the main customers of Logistics Reply). During this experience, I had the opportunity to work with a distributed internal team (UK, Milan, Pisa) and with the customer central team in order to design a set of master solutions to support different markets (Mexico, Taiwan, Korea, UK, Australia, Japan) in managing their e-commerce order fulfillment through different channels.The solutions offered to the customer different modules of our platform:- Warehouse Management System for order fulfillment from Warehouses/Depots- In-Store Picking for order fulfillment from Stores- Dropship for order fulfillment from SuppliersAnother significant initiative involved me as project manager and solution specialist for the design of a complex integration of different digital platforms (including the LEA Reply™ platform) in order to offer a solution for the optimized and flexible management of all operations within Micro Fulfillment Centers.

In the first period, as a developer in the Delivery Team of Logistics Reply, I contributed to the development of specific solutions for our customers in the logistics sector on the SideUp platform (Reply's proprietary cloud-native solution for supply chain).The main focus was on order fulfillment solutions for the e-Grocery for one of the main players in large-scale distribution in Italy, taking care of all aspects of order preparation (picking in store, picking in darkstore) and delivery (click & collect, home delivery).After an initial period as a developer, I then had the opportunity to work with our customers as the main point of contact for Change Requests management and subsequently as a Project Manager for new medium-size projects always focused on the e-Grocery context.
