Coordination of the development of systems in the HR field for all companies of the Eni Group in Italy and abroad, in particular, coordination of the installation of HR systems in 15 Italian companies and 3 overseas.

Coordination of the defining and developing ICT Strategies for Eni Company. Managing of the Benchmarking of the Eni ICT Performance with a panel of large Italian and foreign companies, identifying best practices to optimize ICT costs of Eni.

Coordination and implementation of COBIT for SOX compliance in ICT sector, in Italy and abroad (35 companies in total), collaborated with various department, in particular Finance and Internal Audit. The auditing company was PWC.Coordination of the 35 projects in the 35 Eni’s companies. In particular defining of 40 new procedures, forming multiple courses for employees, conducting seminaries to inform the ICT foreign subsidiary managers.Achieved certification of SOX compliance by PWC.

ICT Department's HR Manager with the aim of improving knowledge of 1000 employees.Defining the Skills Model for the Eni’s ICT employees and coordination of skill assessments for about 500 employees.Developing of the Eni’s ICT knowledge management system.Project management for the new HR System of the Eni Group, using Oracle HR, and for its Data Warehouse

Defining the first ICT Planning Model for the ICT budget and defining the first ICT Planning for Eni (2001-2004). In collaboration with Gartner to compare our costs to our worldwide competitors.

Defining and implementing IT Systems for the new company ESA. Project manager of moving 400 employees to the new company.

Defining IT architecture, choosing products, checking software production quality, supervising technical consultants to realize the project. By collaborating with ENIData and Accenture, the project results were:-Implementation and installation of SAP/R3 to process finance and acquisition processes-Installed Management and Statutory Reporting System for ENI and its subsidaries (125)-Catalyst in providing the first financial information and procedure site for ENI group

Defining IT application architecture for Eni SpA and defining standards for subsidiaries.

Project management for projects in Finance, Personnel and Legal sectors.

Developing office application and databases with Paradox, DataEase and dBase/Clipper.

Developing basis and application software (Assembler and C) for a cash register.

Lessons for the subject “Army Telecommunication” to the trainee officers.
