- Design and development of a new functionality that supervise the movement of trains on the SNCF branch of the RER A metropolitan line of Paris : The NodeJS application receives messages concerning trains movement directly from sensors installed on rails and redistribute this information to other applications of the system, it operates as a communication gateway between the Ratp and SNCF IT platforms and furthermore it supervise in a real time mode all sensors and hardware equipments on the rail network in order to prevent possible components breakdown.The information is exchanged on many channels of different typology (serial, network) and through different communication (RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP) and application protocols (websocket, custom header).- Implementation of solutions to capture, stock and analyse network traffic and application logs in order to identify and eliminate the root causes of incidents.- Agile methodology, TDD (Test Driven Development) on different technologies : NodeJS on Linux and C language on Oracle Solaris (UNIX).

I helped the Start-Up of a friend to develop a web API on their website in order to allow an effective communication with users through automated workflows via e-mail, SMS and web messages.

I have enjoyed my employee role as Functional Analyst for the Learning Management System convergence program between FGA, CNH, IVECO, Chrysler, Maserati, Ferrari and COMAU.It was a medium term task that involved about 40 people from all the world and its goal is the adoption of a common Learning Management System between the above mentioned companies. It required:- analytical skills in order to assure that software requisites meet operational processes' needs;- project management skills in order to keep the pace with the program and to organize efficient team working;- diplomacy and patience to find the win-win solution for all parties involved;- ability in managing complexity.I've also managed a Business Intelligence project in order to audit the Fiat dealer network with regard to their employees' training progress. I worked with Pentaho Business Analytics: installation, configuration, customization and report development (PL-SQL) on a Linux based environment and Oracle databases.

Comprehensive database management, reporting systems and financial programming as consultant at the Italian public television company RAI S.p.A.This experience has been mainly technical and it allowed me to develop a practical knowledge on database management, reporting systems and Visual Basic programming.

CEO and Founder experience at this start-up project on digital advertising.A very interesting experience plunged in creativity reasoning and rigorous statistical market analysis. Here I learned how to materialize an Idea into reality and how to search financing to start it.With this project I won a 115.000 euro prize from LMEs innovation contest organized by Lombardia region.

From this experience in Christian Dior UK LTD I've helped the manager Stanyslaw on sales activities for the first 2 months. Direct contact with customers allowed me to better target their desires and needs, registering a sales increase. Then I worked in the back office by making market analysis, competitors analysis and stock flow management. In this rich teamwork experience I obtained a real acknowledgment from my colleagues within the company.

This was my first concrete work experience. Francesco Botto, the owner and CEO of Successori REDA S.p.A., asked me to realize a feasibility study for the warehouse automation in the finissage department of his textile company. During the internship I practiced my knowledge on statistics applied to processes flows and I developed my first real financial analysis with the NPV method. I also had the opportunity to make a step through design and dimensioning of IT systems.
