Ric Caylor is an entrepreneur at heart. His boldness, passion, and self-determination have paved the way for many successes in life. From starting, growing, and maintaining his own business for over 25 years to cultivating a community for hang glider pilots around the world, Ric strives to live a life of meaning and to bring others along with him. Recently, He has become passionate about taking the life experiences that he has gained and sharing them with others to encourage, inspire, and educate others by pursuing public speaking. He is a member of HYP Toastmasters and a National Speaker Association member of the DC and Central Florida chapters. All Decked Out Services, Inc. has been serving Harrisburg and its surrounding areas since 1996. The business first started out offering exterior wood restoration services to residential customers only. Since that time, it has grown substantially and offers a variety of services to both commercial and residential customers. Specialties: power washing, painting, staining, window cleaning, roof shingle cleaning. In 2022 Ric was instrumental in forming Wolf Pack Hang Gliding, LLC. It is a community that has a passion for the extreme sport of hang gliding. Through this group, multiple events have been created for hang glider pilots to compete, converse, travel, and gain further education. In June of 2023, the first annual Red Rocks national competition in Utah boasted over 40 pilots, 3 flying categories, and 5 keynote speakers. Other events include The Green Swamp Sport Klassic, a hang-gliding competition near Orlando, Florida.From his passion for hang gliding, Ric is starting the Rogallo Radio Podcast, which will interview and educate those already in the sport and ignite a flame for those who have yet to try the darning sport.
