At the Health Operation Center we are providing 24/7 fleet medical support and guidance to the shipboard medical teams for significant medical events, medical evacuations, illness of public health concern, and coordinate medical response plans, when required. We assist with the coordinated response to illness such Covid-19 and any related health screening, case identification and outbreak situation in collaboration with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders, including port authorities, agents, public health officials, and to engage with Air ambulance providers, emergency services to coordinate medical disembarks and other health events. We actively monitor the epidemiological situation of the illness of public health concern, generating statistics and epi-curves on real time for the decision-making process and response plan.
