Hi, my name is Rita and I have been working for EBS D.A.C for the past 14 years as Experienced Customer Relationship Management Assistant Manager, I participated in many organisational projects as Business Analyst. I also manage the the EBS Data Quality & Services team that consists in ensuring high standard of EBS Customer’s personal data maintained throughout the organisation. The Mystery Shop programme is also managed by this team.I qualified at LIA as QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) I have past experience in retail shop and travel industry. I am fluent in Spanish and French language. Specialities: studing French language at the Aliance Francaise in Dublin and Spanish language at the Cervantes Institute in Dublin. I am a 'Pasta' lover!!!
