• Assist with administrative and operational aspects of the Catering Department• Respond to guest inquiries via phone or face-to-face, create proposals based on their requests, and generate the catering orders into BEOs• Communicate specifications of the BEOs with the proper departments, and ensure any specialized items are ordered if applicable• Oversee the offsite foodservice programs at Ford Direct and Penske Corporation as the lead contact between Plum Market Catering and the employees at each company• Arrange staff, create pack lists, and supervise the drivers loading the vehicles for full service, offsite, catering events
