Had an oversight role in two Stock Market fund-raisings and the transition from a private company to a PLC. Developed the 3-5 year strategic plan in collaboration with the Board and management and built the team and infrastructure to support a rapidly-growing business. Other responsibilities include- Driving balance sheet capital efficiency by ensuring that return on equity is the main financial metric within the business and playing a key role in transforming the business into a “capital light” model- Creating the strategy to build manufacturing capability and presenting it to existing and new investors- Reducing the size of Glenveagh’s landbank and targeting deals which involve partnerships with landowners- Setting the financial strategy to free cash to invest in manufacturing facilities- Leading the investor relations and corporate affairs functions to ensure that activity was streamlined and communications activity is consistent

Managed the Group’s external and internal financial reporting processes, directly managing the head office finance function and having oversight of finance functions in nine international divisions. Director of Kingspan’s holding company and Executive Director of five Kingspan subsidiary companies. Other responsibilities included:- Having an involvement in acquisitions in 12 countries- Conducting the financial due diligence processes on acquisition targets- Planning and implementing the integration of newly-acquired businesses across multiple divisions and geographies- Leading the financial aspects of the Group’s budget and strategic planning processes- Acting as a Director of two Kingspan pension trustee companies
