• Liaison between CAF American and Western Union; serve as point of contact between the organizations and help manage our business relationship• Prepare and send wire orders to CAF America’s charity partners ($220 million in grants sent during FY20)• Maintain all banking details and wire information for CAF America’s charity partners; special knowledge of country-specific differences in bank info (IBAN, bank accounts, routing codes, business registration numbers)• Resolve returned and failed grants; oversee all invalid wire, correspondent bank and KYC issues• Execute all compliance-related filings for CAF America including but not limited to: charitable solicitation filings in 41 required US states, professional fundraiser disclosure filings in applicable US states, commercial co-venture contract submissions, state corporate registrations and tax return filings

• Manage CAF America's Grantee Compliance Program, consisting of over 1,800 international non-profits• Conduct donor due diligence reviews in adherence with strict AML and CTF protocols• Created/enhanced internal protocols, training documents and process flows • Non-profit education, specifically IRS grant-making protocols and regulations to ensure legal compliance• Manage large volumes of compliance data using CRM: Salesforce, Cybergrants and Stellar Technologies • Present monthly and quarterly reports to CEO and board of directors • Liaised with corporate donors and international charities to resolve technical issues, compliance concerns and grant eligibility requirements
