Maintenance Engineering Supervisor:• Responsible for hiring, review, and management of 27 equipment technicians. • Implemented several second source spare parts initiatives. Activities included identification of new sources, coordination of testing, confirmation of results, and final stock level planning. • Managed $2.8M yearly spare parts budget, including service contract management & administration. • Managed installation, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of semiconductor equipment.• Coordinate facilities upgrades and shutdowns as necessary. • Lead detailed brainstorming sessions to address chronic equipment issues or extended down equipment. • Responsible for tracking daily / weekly / monthly performance of all equipment including Pareto analysis of failures and providing related countermeasures. • Generated standard operating procedures and ensured preventative maintenance documentation meets ISO compliance. Areas of focus included equipment installation, area management, and spare parts qualification / sourcing strategies. • Planning efforts include setting delivery priority for over 200 individual pieces of equipment, facilities installation, new hire technician training, and vendor manpower forecasting.
