I proudly serve as the Director of Adult Behavioral Health Services at The Guidance Center, a large non-profit service organization in southeast Michigan. We are driven to serve communities in need. I lead a diverse and talented multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, peer support specialists, recovery coaches and support staff. We are seeking to employ seasoned clinicians as well as less experienced professionals who are eager to learn and advance their professional development in a dynamic learning environment. I oversee the delivery of a variety of community mental health treatment and recovery support services for adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders and their families. I am committed to evidence-based practice and exceptional customer service, and personally devoted to diversity, equity and inclusion in work, family and community life. In addition, I am actively engaged in program development, quality improvement and strategic planning. I am to collaborate with a broad network of community partners, and honored to work and serve with an extraordinary team of clinical and administrative leaders at The Guidance Center.
