Some recent highlights include: developing a key strategic document for a fundamental change in regulatory approach for the regulator to a risk-based model; leading a strategic policy review of the Government’s school bus provision; authoring a key policy challenge paper on equality issues for young people in Northern Ireland- Operational policy advice – practical hands-on approach, providing advice to both staff and external stakeholders.
