Architected and deployed Workspace One environment that enabled us to support the twice yearly Windows 10 Feature Updates, automate the deployment of applications with versioning, manage Security and OS settings and deliver Windows Updates leveraging the Windows Store for Business without the need for a VPN connection.VMware Horizon VDI - Responsible for creation of VDI pools to support disaster recovery scenarios, host IT Administrative tools and to provide access to finance applications for our recently merged companies who are not using Webroot assets.SSO - Technical lead for corporate-wide rollout of SSO using Ping Identity for SAAS and internal applications. This helped us reduce the volume of password-related tickets to the Helpdesk as a result of the consolidation of passwords from multiple systems. SSO also helped us streamline the on/off-board process and improve security.O365 Migration - Migrated from on-premises Exchange to O365.
