Led a staff of 6 in deliberate crisis planning, policy development, implementation, maintenance, and execution of all related contingency war planning activities within the U.S. Air Force Central Command Area of Operation (USAFCENT AOR). Responsible for day-to-day fuels activities stretching across 27 nations in support of U.S. security interest. Provided written correspondence and counsel to senior-level leaders on current manpower, operations, and future initiatives.

Guided a staff of 4 personnel in establishing USAFCENT fuels plans and annexes for operational strategies, exercise orders, and base support plans to support National Defense objectives. Evaluated scope, cost, and status of war readiness material equipment contract. Drove training and deployment requirements for 430 personnel as Fuels Subject Matter Expert.
