In my capacity, I design, develop, and implement a high-quality, rigorous curriculum for students while cultivating a thriving technology-focused arts program that integrates both digital and traditional animation techniques. I orchestrated the seamless management of the departmental budget and formulated a comprehensive initiative to advocate for the significance of arts within education through multimedia platforms, community engagement, and student showcases. I also ensure students receive quality instruction by pioneering the integration of digital animation instruction at the secondary level across the state and launching advanced digital animation filmmaking programs.With my key performance, I enhance educational quality by evaluating faculty members within the Art, Family, and Consumer Sciences departments. In this role, I executed the extensive process of establishing a tech industrial enterprise, including idealization, marketing and branding, market research, product management, and technical product operations, fulfilling the business’s goals and objectives. I pioneered an online platform that enables users to create custom gaskets tailored for the motorsports industry. I also empower users to fabricate gaskets from diverse locations, whether at their workplace, home, or trackside. Likewise, I devise a methodological strategic plan to ensure short-term to long-term development while maintaining customer centricity.
