Developed the National Spec program for Dayton from the ground up, as this was a new position for them; trained my counterpart for the Eastern US. I have called on the top 25 A/E firms in the top 9 major markets and 8 secondary markets in the Western half of the US. Goal has been to get Dayton products listed in their master specifications. I have also worked with the State Dot’s, Port Authorities, and Major Accounts such as Costco, Wal-Mart, etc. Developed & regularly present five different AIA continuing educational programs for Architects & Engineers. - Support and develop leads for the 7 area sales reps.- Helped launch Dayton into the decorative concrete market by getting spec’s and approvals.- Presenter at the National CSI Shows in 2006 & 2007, wrote a technical article published in National CSI magazine October 2006 (Cover Article).- Presenter at 22+ educational seminars for Architects through out the US.- Became an accredited LEED auditor
