I started my culinary and hospitality journey over fifteen years ago while in high school trying to make ends meet while studying on a full scholarship in Switzerland. I worked lunches serving at local cafes and dinners bartending at a local ski resort wine bar under a highly knowledgeable Italian gentlemen who had trained his entire higher education and career in the hospitality industry, and went on to work upscale catering events as a server and bartender as I made my way through higher education. As I returned home to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment, I have simultaneously worked in restaurants as a Beverage Director, Bartender, Supervisor, and Server in a vast array of environments from Fine Dining, Corporate, Fast Paced, and Independently owned businesses with cuisines ranging from Japanese, Peruvian, Italian, French Fusion, Americana, and Traditional Steakhouses. I have worked for and have been trained under two Michelin star chefs, a Michelin guide restaurant, a James Beard nominee, and the largest restaurant conglomerate in the world across 15 years, 4 states, and 3 countries. I've been trained by some of the best General Managers and AGMs in the game to run the floor for restaurants doing over $50,000 in sales seven days a week, trained bussers who got promoted all the way up to bartenders and management, and wrote the FOH training manual for servers and bartenders that are currently being implemented across multiple concepts My experience encompasses beverage menu development and curation, inventory management, operations management, training, and staff scheduling on top of orthodox hospitality duties.My background also spans across managing operations for a multi-million dollar health care company at the height of the pandemic that was solely responsible for vaccinating the entire state of Colorado, and Covid testing 1/4th of the California Army population 24/7 daily on a continuous basis for over 18 months straight. My education goes back to being scouted at the age of thirteen to being granted a full scholarship to study at one of the most renowned high schools in the world on a full scholarship, followed up by completing a 5 year undergraduate engineering program by the time I was twenty, and completing my Master's Degree by age twenty two.
