About Rich Harman

I have been with McGraw-Hill for 32 years. I have been fortunate to have been given opportunities to improve my interpersonal and professional skills and advance my career. My primary goal is to provide value add services to the IT organization internally and to network with other QA practitioners across the enterprise to share and learn new processes and available toolsets. Second, but almost as important, is building and supporting a team that can execute as independently as possible to provide day to day tactical support and longer term strategic planning.
