CurrentESSENTIAL BUSINESS TOOLS GROUP (EBT)- Administered many applications including: IBM/Cognos TM1, EDI, B2B and internet websites, Consumer Relations, Service Ticket, Data Warehouse, warehouse line and shipping labels systems; including troubleshooting, conflict resolution, communication with outside contacts, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.- Supervise and motivate cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, determine pertinent resource options and availability, and seek out, develop and integrate ways to eliminate ineffectual utilization of time and resources.- Conceptualize and create comprehensive, multifaceted solutions for new projects and challenges; arrange process and code modifications; initiate thorough testing scenarios; and require team certified results producing optimal outcomes. - Negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, and garner renewals, audit and assess internal and external business processes, and ensure meticulous accuracy and quality.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Increased quality & efficiency: Managed the initiation and development of a new in-house Service Ticket and Help Desk service request tracking system that included: integration of an electronic project approval sign-off sub-system.- Designed & implemented winning solutions: an in-house Sales Force Mobility application with a custom portal on the corporate B2B website optimized for use on mobile devices – specifically tablets. The portal was designed in a way that supported Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems enabling the sales force to not only use a tablet, but to use their tablet of choice when on sales calls.
