Oversight of Offshore Powerboat Racing in the USA and Caribbean

Host/interviewer “Legends of PowerBoat Racing” 38 episode series featuring icons of the performance boat and racing world.

Executive responsibility for LTL carrier selection, integration and development. Provide consultative assistance to motor carrier, shipper and 3PL clients in operations, logistics, sales and marketing.

Participated in M&A activities including the successful identification, acquisation and integration of Western Freight Ways, LLC as a subsidiary company. Later assumed oversight for that Denver based motor carrier, working closely with on site, senior management staff. Developed New Century's brokerage subsidiary, Northwind Logistics, LLC from start up. Created and managed New Century's nationwide line haul and cartage partner network. Rebranded and developed New Century's truckload subsidiary, EPAK.

Provided expert Offshore powerboat racing commentary for network telecasts on ESPN2, Prime, Speedvision, TNN, etc

Full P&L and growth responsibility for 3 separate companies within the Shevell Group, Carrier Industries (asset based 3PL/Dedicated trucking, warehouse and distribution company), Eastern Freight Ways (asset based Northeast Truckload Carrier), and Apex Logistics (non asset based 3rd party transportation brokerage). Created State of the Art and award winning Northeast store distribution networks for 3 major retailers and related brands, providing 365/24/7 service with over 99% on time performance to over 500 stores in the region.

Builder of Custom Wood/Fiberglass composite Offshore powerboat racing hulls with a worldwide market.

Created state of the art routing, productivity, terminal design, and incentive programs with significant process improvements for major LTL carriers in the US and Canada. Completed over 200 successful projects for 50+ motor carriers over a 17 year period which yielded meaningful profitability gains in all cases.
