Analytical methods for this project included HPLC, UV-Vis, Ribogreen, Flow Cytometry, and DLS. -PAT development and CFD modeling for pharmaceutical lyophilization processes focusing on inter-vial drying heterogeneity. -Pharmaceutical freeze-drying model development to reduce heterogeneity and improve control for scale-up.-Additional expertise in bioreactor operations and computational fluid dynamic modeling of these systems (including iPSC stem cells, HEK293 cells, and Yarrowia lipolytica yeast).
