Responsible for a 1+ B US$ spend in both primary die-casting alloys, secondary aluminum alloys, copper and master alloys. Focused on P&L improvement, process optimization, make vs buy scenarios, Carbon footprint reduction, operational excellence and increased human performance.

Set the commercial strategy for primary aluminum sales in rolling ingot slab and PFA products to aluminum consumers in the Americas. Responsible for analyzing alloy, shape, geometry, volume, CO2 footprint and financial needs of customers, then initiating production plans to the 12 Russian aluminum smelters.

Marketing Alcoa Rolling Slab and Foundry Products

Tasked to establish a metal management team in the Saudi Arabia to support Maaden Aluminum Rolling Company with procurement activities across the Middle East, Europe, North Africa, Far East, and Australia. Tasked to coach the procurement team to effectively purchase raw material inputs specific to alloys for Beverage can sheet, automotive sheet stamping and Extrusion-Billet production. Maintained the inventory position with consideration of forward month forecasts and working capital requirements within the entire complex. Develop supplier relationships across no less than 50% of the globe to satisfy inherent deficits in the domestic market. Initiated metal purchasing to satisfy an annual operational requirement of two hundred and twenty million dollars.
