I have completed multiple certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ and Technical Support Fundamentals by Google, to enhance my knowledge and skills. I also have a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University. In my current role, I assist customers with their purchases, handle cash transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. In my previous role as a certified lead pharmacy technician, I managed the pharmacy inventory, processed prescriptions, and supervised a team of technicians.
