I was responsible for analyzing day-to-day operations to improve operational efficiency and productivity.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS★ Managed a budget of $700K and 16 buildings spread over 110 acres and directed 30+ staff members to handle the camp’s webpage as well as its registration software and online giving portal.★ Supervised maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services, while collaborating with multiple departments to handle emergency services, inspections and renovations. ★ Handled electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and tiling renovations, in addition to leading annual registration processes for 100+ groups and upgrading registration and scheduling processes from paper, to cloud.★ Provided professional services to rebrand the association with a new logo, new webpage, and an improved digital presence, in line with the latest technology trends.
