About Richard Moore

Passionate about software development, I have taken the lead in all aspects of this field, from commercial pitches and client relationship management, through to project scoping, testing and delivery. I’m told I am a natural communicator, and this certainly feels true in the sense that I enjoy getting to know my clients and learning how they see their businesses moving forward. A picture starts to develop in my mind of the type of solution that will meet their needs and I am continually excited about facilitating my clients’ aspirations through cutting edge, technological tools. I have frequently been called upon to take over failing projects, and am able to objectively identify and address obstacles to successful development and delivery. I’m extremely hands-on with my team, providing them with many opportunities to develop and enhance their skills, whilst modelling excellence to them in all things. My desire now is to use my communication, commercial and technical skills to add value to clients as a software consultant. My outlook on life and work is a very positive one!
