Before deciding to follow his passion for real estate by getting his real estate license, Rich Moran spent fifteen years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He was a broker in the interest rate quadrant of the trading floor and developed a very good understanding of the world of finance.Rich earned a B.A. in Economics from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a native New Yorker, but has lived in Chicago for thirty years. His home is in Wicker Park. His communication skills, along with his attention to detail, were among the strengths that contributed to his success at the CME. These are the same attributes that have made his transition into real estate so smooth. He has always had a strong desire and ability to understand his clients' needs and a tact for critical thinking.
