At NGP Blue Mountain I was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of one of Nevada's largest binary geothermal power producers. My team and I successfully turned a failing asset into a cash positive asset with a stellar safety record. Alta Rock Energy were innovators in geothermal resource technology and resource management.

Responsibilities included safety and environmental compliance, day to day reactive and preventative maintenance oversight and scheduling, finding ways to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. On the projects side, working with drilling crews, flow testing wells, oversight of the ground up installation of major equipment and systems, and coordination of all contractors and vendors. I managed multi-million dollar projects with completion's on time and budget. Training and building team members while working for constant improvement.

Recruited for an operations position in 2006 I was responsible for the safe and efficient day to day operations of a renewable, geothermal, power plant. I worked at the Soda Lake, binary, geothermal plant in operations and maintenance always looking to improve the process and operations through troubleshooting and innovative approach unique problems. I was able to play a key role in the sites successes. I worked in both plant operations and mechanical maintenance.

GMS was the O&M contractor when Constellation sold the facility. I had the opportunity to play a key role in expansion and upgrades to the power plant and well field. the team was able to re-power the facility and improve reliability to levels not reached for 9 years of operations prior.
