Trading of IPOs, secondarys, algorithms and block trades on the floor of the NYSE utilizing an electronic trading platform used for almost 85% of all transactions with an average order size ranging from 10,000 to multi-million shares.Effectively provide speed in execution and reporting, in depth market looks and color, confidentiality, resolution of execution problems and price discovery of market openings and closings as well as the assurance that orders received are marked correctly and executed in accordance with FINRA compliance requirements. Self appointed "go to" for corporate relations, informing and educating domestic and international accounts and Barclay's guests about the process, functions and dynamics of the markets as well as the rapidity of the NYSE trading systems culminating in enhancement of the franchise through client relationships, internal partnering across functions and the leveraging of intellectual content.Conscientiously adhere to all firm control policies, procedures and regulatory requirements with excellent comprehension of the control, compliance and risk issues with a demonstrated risk awareness, applying appropriate judgment and timely decisions committed to accuracy and integrity, resulting in minimal incidences of escalation and/or necessity of management to intercede.

Co-managed a total of 15 Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents plus 25 Lehman personal on the NYSE floor, overseeing the daily trading and execution of all equity including primary and secondary issues in zone's jurisdiction, approximately $50+ million in transactions. Utilized discretionary judgment, and problem resolutions for all five zones in addition to having negotiated solutions for error accounts ranging from $10,000 to 100,000 plus. Created and implemented a training program that addressed the increasing challenges related to the comprehension of executing trades on the NYSE floor, that streamlined operations, promoted team collaboration and was attended and adhered to by more than 100 traders and sales teams and became a staple of training on all business operations instituted firm wide.

Developed DLJ's regional office trading desks, connecting Boston, Chicago and San Francisco with NYC Headquarters. Managed client relationships and branch office staff enabling implementation new technology initiatives and competency action plans.Dramatically increased total commission revenue from $8 Million to $25 Million over a three year period by contributing to evaluation and recommendations of account coverage, strategizing operations, boosting morale, encouraging travel and client visiting, all of which spurred firm wide innovations and implementations.
