• Manage all operations in a fast-paced facility to achieve the set direction, tone, and growth of business that is jointly established by the president • Determine vision and growth plans to achieve short- and long-term goals for each department and the overall business. • Cultivate plans to make informed decisions on budget adjustments, capital investments, new products, and other business possibilities that will ensure profitability for the company.• Promote the company standard and abide by all policies and procedures.• Direct operations of sales department, plant operations, purchasing department, and logistics department to improve bottom line. • Collaborate with customers and their teams to develop new products, solve issues, and expedite improvements to sustain business. • Deliver technical support for all manufacturing processes and procedures.• Perform R & D functions including implementation of policy, training of employees on new products, and raw material testing/usage. • Work with internal talent and local organizations to sponsor team building events.
