Leading district wide acquisition efforts for Trane’s Carolinas District for our growing Energy Services and Performance Contracting business in South Carolina, Charlotte and Western North Carolina regions: • Responsible for target and qualifying all potential performance contracting opportunities in the "MUSH" markets• Maintaining energy industry knowledge, technologies, trends, financial offerings, and sustainable building solutions necessary to execute “C” level calls, meetings and presentations• Champions the RFQ/RFP response and coordinates local and corporate team resources toward a final response.• Responsible for intimate knowledge of all pertinent energy focused legislation, applicable tax incentives, grants, and utility incentives•Participates and serves as a subject matter expert and speaker in energy and sustainability focused organizations and conferences •Maintains an active relationship with SC and NC State Energy Office personnel and actively serves on in the NC Energy Services Coalition Board •Conducts presentations regularly for the following organizations: Associate for Sustainability in Higher Education (ASHE), Association of Physical Plant Administrators APPA, US Green Building Council (USGBC) , South Carolina Technical Education Association (SC TEA), Energy Services Coalition (ESC)•Total combined sales results from 2007-present exceed $ 75 million for Performance Contracts, turnkey contracts, DOE/ARRA and Qualified School Construction bonds.

Lead facilities and building solutions business development and account management efforts for area K-12 and Higher Education customers.

Lead development of key Charlotte based National Account companies for retail, healthcare, and the banking industry averaging $ 4,500,000 in annuals sales.Developed and maintained strategic client relationships, project bid responses, for new construction growth, and major equipment and system upgrades.

Completed the Trane Graduate Engineering Training Course in LaCrosse WI.Managed traditional contracter, design consultants, and owner accounts for HVAC equipment, building automation, and service based solutions.Consistently managed $ 3-4 million in sales volume of equipment and building automation systems.Provided sales leadership and support our intial turnkey contracting efforts for major equipment and building automation upgrades.
