For the past few years, I have leveraged my years of experience as an entrepreneur, technologist, business owner and world wide sales executive in several Fortune 200+ companies and have selectively chosen consulting assignments in targeted industries. Here is an example of some of the consulting engagements I have performed:Top 20 Banks - For two top 20 banks, I have assisted in the design of default related mortgage applications. Worked with a CPA consulting firm to launch a new business endeavor targeting small businesses that needed standardization, technology, accounting services and process flow improvement. Helped designed the business processes to easily bring on a new client, get their technology and accounting systems in place and integrated.For the past 4 years I have been providing HIPAA Consulting Services, reviewing and recommending related EMR/EHR software and services: assisting in and or performing risk analysis/risk mitigation services, outsourcing as a companies required Privacy and Security Officer, performing new hire and annual HIPAA Training for entire staffs in several vertical markets within the Medical and medical billing industry.

We created this company with a few seasoned players in the mortgage industry because of the unique processes and solutions that we were able to bring to the mortgage market. As in everything I do, I look for niche's that I believe are under served and apply custom developed technology and processes to gain a competitive advantage. Our program, The First Look Advantage is very unconventional in terms of purchasing bulk assets. Our program is more of a liquidation of off book assets rather than the conventional bidding on pools or buying assets on a singular basis at an auction. It is even different than dealing with asset managers directly on a bulk basis. Our program is more for the medium to large investor at the present time as minimum asset purchases depending on type, can range from $50M - $600M. Our inventory is harvested from the inventory of multiple major financial institutions from around the world that need to liquidate assets in a non-traditional manner. These properties are not listed in a MLS, there is no traditional agent or broker fees associated with the purchases. They are not being shopped up and down the street because the restrictions placed on them are only met by larger investors who are cash rich and able to move expediently. We offer a variety of assets, single and multi-family, commercial and NPL’s and PL's nationwide -- at a significant discount. National Infusion Technology is a technology company focused on creating solutions for the Mortgage Industry. NIT acts as an incubator for new projects and solutions and the parent company for established products. Under this umbrella, we have created some of the most innovative technologies to be found in the mortgage market space. Products that hold world wide patents such as REO Sentinel, products like National Quick Sale which was a finalist for product of the year in 2010 and its successor products Realty Legal Service and now American Home Remedy. Our newest innovative solution is Private Members Only INC.which facilitates the sale of assets, both bulk and individual, for the mortage market. We are very proud of the products we have built for the default segment of the mortgage industry.

I had created a company called NewInvoice and was successfully deploying it to law firms and other default related companies as an electronic invoicing solution to mortgage servicers. First , NewInvoice was selected by Fidelity as a product in their outsourcing division and then later acquired by Fidelity National. While at Fidelity, I continued to define product capabilities, manage the development team and then led the national sales efforts. When I retired in 2008, NewInvoice was being used by over 80% of all of the major mortgage servicers in the industry. Fidelity has continued to have great success with this product and during a re-branding of many of their products changed the name from NewInvoice to Desktop Invoicing.

We had developed an image system used by large financial institutions Nation Wide for remote image capture. I ran the National Sales Team and was on the Product Design team as well

I ran world wild wide sales and marketing as well as product development for our Branch Automation Product that I originally designed and built -- FSA Finesse we sold over $800m in two and a half years
