Doing so solo or leading a team.I sometimes wonder why I have been #1 for so long, month after month, year after year. I feel its just natural to do sales. I Believe it is a lot to do with my voice. Not more than a month goes by when someone says "you have a great voice! You should be a DJ!" My voice is commanding, kind, and I have been requested to do voice jobs for radio station commercials, for large company voice mail greeting and directory, live broadcasts, and talk shows. I am a natural leader too. I can lead most anyone with a task to success. However, I believe my persistence is my biggest trait. Never give up, try another route or wait a few months and try again! Communication is my top specialty. Oral or written directive with common sense, creativity, humor when appropriate, and with emphatical understanding through active listening what the base of the communication is about. This helps me see the root of the problem, and think of ways to fix the problem or think outside of the box and find different possible solutions to present to clients.
