Managed 16 bay IPS Invessel Compost system which composted 20,000 dry tons of bio-solids from Chicopee and Holyoke wastewater treatment plants. Produced and sold 40,000 cuyds of Type 1 bio-solids compost throughout New England. Planned, developed and managed new design and upgrade of compost equipment. Represented PRM at numerous public permit hearings to expand storage capacity, returning a proportionate increase in sales of 50% over prior years.  Skillfully represented PRM at public hearings, planning and zoning meetings, and conservation commission deliberations, securing approvals for required permits.  Upgraded all educational, training and seminar programs to more closely align with corporate needs and expectations.  Lowered chemical fixed costs by improving odor control scrubbers

 Created and initiated procedures to facilitate the construction of bridges and canal crossings. Planned and directed the construction of a road across intercostals waterways to reach wetlands island. Construction project completed ahead of schedule with a 35% net profit. Directly responsible for all direct and indirect materials and equipment purchases. Instrumental in advising the President’s decision to expand company revenue and bid on new business opportunities. Oversaw the maintenance of the district's emergency storm water pump stations.  Instrumental in developing a small maintenance contractor into a reputable site development construction company.
