I have more than 25 years of experience providing leadership in a global business aligned technology service delivery model with dual reporting to the business aligned Chief Technology Officer and the IT Service Management Executive. Leadership experience in the following roles: Relationship Manager, IT Service Management Lead, IT Development Manager, Portfolio Management Lead and PMO Manager.I have considerable experience in dealing with and have established a reputation as an innovative and results-oriented leader with focus on continuous service improvement and the development of creative and cost-effective solutions. I work well with people and enjoy getting the work at hand completed. My most current consulting assignment was with Banklink, a Subsidiary of Fiserv, as a Senior Project Manager report directly to Senior Director of the Banklink PMO where I managed the conversion of a major Brokerage to Banklink’s Cash Management platform. Before that I was a Consultant, with Citigroup, reporting directly to the SVP in charge of Customer Relationship Systems. I established and maintained the yearly Release Schedule as well as managing a team of 5 QA testers in NY and 12 QA testers in Manila. Before that I spent more then 25 years with JPMorganChase, where I was a part of the Senior Management Team working on many major conversions of the prior Banks which now make up JPMorganChase, as well as many other Senior Management Roles.
