My passions are process development and new product development execution. I strive to improve product development and execution and efficiency by leveraging my experience with lean principles, program management, and quality systems developed across medical device, in vitro diagnostics and life science instrument industries.I've gained leadership experience across the product development life cycle because of my passion to keep learning and my willingness to take chances. These experiences include leading project management, product management, operations quality, and regulatory affairs, as well as electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering. With this experience I can consider the broader business objectives and challenges when working through specific product and project challenges. I have been lucky to work under strong leaders and coaches and strive to provide the same support to my teams. I love coaching and seeing a team grow; when working with people on their growth, I make sure to consider long-term goals and not just their immediate skills development needs. I enjoy connecting with new people to exchange thoughts and experiences, work together, and grow.
