The primary focus of the program is to mitigate risk of the company patent portfolio as it relates to technical Standards Development Organizations (SDOs), of which Qualcomm is a member. In my 14 years with the Navy and Navy Reserves, I made advancements in paygrade (Aviation Ordnance) and attended various schools to include leadership training. Also, I’ve earned several awards but at the top of those was being the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) Sailor of the Quarter and VFC-13 Sailor of the year.
