- Provide guidance and manage active programs to include sustainment, customer satisfaction, and business development to facilitate repeat customers - Lead implementation of CMMI-SVC and ISO 9001:2015

Led company toward registration of the Quality Management System (QMS) against the provisions of ISO 9001:2008 and subsequently 9001:2015. Provide management for sustainment of the QMS focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Provide management and oversight of contracts providing service to DoD and other government agency customers. Strive to provide complete customer satisfaction while working toward objective of repeat customer experiences through contract renewals. Also lead proposal efforts. Possess Security Clearance.

Provided external and internal customer training on the Cooper Notification suite of equipment to include Wheelock and WAVES brand products. Further developed the training service offering as a new service offering to produce over $250K in training revenue in less than a year.

Managed design, installation, commissioning, and sustainment projects for mass notification systems. Supervised and led a team of over 25 personnel in the project management, field engineering, installation, CAD draftsman, and training fields.

Culminated Air Force career as Command Chief Master Sergeant, 6 Air Mobility Wing, MacDill AFB FL. Prior to that held various positions such as Air Force Advisor to National Guard, Chief of Maintenance, Chief of Readiness, Quality Control, Flight Superintendent, Special Duty Air Force Element NATO, and Microwave Technician.
