 Responsible for analysing and developing financial statements and report. Managing escalation and issues and also providing guidance to team members around the achievement of quality metrics as assigned. Handling cash management and mainating cash book. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements. Creating Purchase /Work order based on the logistic requirement of the school. Talking to external vendors and evaluating proposal/quotation in line with requirement. Maintaing and keeping all the financial records up to date for audit purpose. Assisting Management team with monthly/yearly account closure. Interacting with external vendors based on the requirement to the business group. Coordinated for the quotes, proposals & the payment process to external vendors. Understanding the need of the business and identifying the best vendor. Negotiation with the vendor without compromising on the quality and the need.
