Working in a call centre for 15 years has given me the opportunity to excel in listening, understanding and communicating skills when speaking to clients and customers. I am loyal, punctual and hard working. I thrive to learn new things every day and it gives me immense joy when I take on a new role and succeed. I am not a quitter and my long years at Chubb attest to this and nor am I procrastinator. I love meeting new people and I love stepping out of my comfort zone to achieve new and better things for my future. Working in a fast paced environment has taught me multitasking while being attentive to detail. As an outbound and inbound call taker I was able to achieve data entry skills while listening to customers. Working in the security industry I learned to deal with frustrated, anxious and annoyed customers. Staying clam and collected while am speaking to a customer who is in a panic due to an emergency was one of my highest achievements. Never making false promises to say everything will be okay as I cannot guarantee that. Never have I hung up the phone on a customer who harassed me and let them vent and did the best I could to assist them while maintaining my calm and professionalism. I enjoy working in a fast based environment and eager to take on a new role.
