• Recruit utilizing various established methods and the ability to bring new recruiting ideas to the organization• Strong problem-solving abilities to help match candidates with open positions and assist them with making life, job, and career decisions• Manage, prioritize, and close searches in a metrics driven environment while delivering a superb client and candidate experience• Coach candidates, as requested or needed. This could be on performance, conduct or evaluations, for example• Administer skill testing, as required• Ability to learn computer applications and systems, including Customer Relationship Management systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, AI and Machine Learning automation technologies and Unified Communications platforms• Utilize various techniques to source for prospective candidates on several job boards to establish a pipeline of capable candidates• Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent roles while assessing candidate’s skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the role• Collaborate with Account Manager to fulfill staffing needs while ensuring quality and timeliness of hires• Facilitate with candidate on-boarding, including communicating background and drug credentialing requirements and rate or salary negotiations• Verify all required references on every candidate
