 Heading a team of 25 people for design, Corel and CAD; Coordinating with outsource vendors for design, CAD and wax carving; Developing products for U.S, Europe and Middle east markets;  Merchandise selections for Jasani Customers, as per occasions and according to the market trends ; Creating promotional ideas for fashion and developing collections for bridal season; Attending shows and creating merchandise for the same;  Visiting customers in U.S for forecasting product development and merchandising; Direct Customer co-ordination for design, sample as well as commercial orders; Annual store visits in the U.S to understand their market and sales; Looking into the models; making sure that they are production friendly and are of high quality; Sample delivery and export planning; Report Analysis for sales;

 Communicating with the end consumers directly regarding their requirements ; Speaking to vendors based in the US wherein we could get the best deal for the products to be sold online ; Merchandise selections for the site as per occasions and according to the market trends ; Creating promotional ideas for the website ; Supervising web designing;  Coordinating & supervising photographs for jewelry as it is an integral part of the site;  Lead a team of 10 executives.

 Interacting with clients; Understanding concepts and design requirements; Creation of design collections as per the requirement of the clientele; Forecasting of latest fashion and trends; Implementing the designs as per the market study; Raise sample orders for multiple clients and planning its flow with system implementation; Getting the designs made accordingly from designing, to CAD and Model Dept; Looking into the models; making sure that they are production friendly and are of high quality; Taking follow up from the Model Dept; Looking into the final sample and Quality check; Making Master sheets, BOMS and Performa Invoices and looking into the pricing for samples; Research and Development of the product; Lead a team of 8 designers, 5 CAD designers, 15 model makers and 15 people for sampling.
