HR Operations:-Facilitate the Induction of New Joinees and give Company Overview and brief of HR Policies.⬥ Prepare offer letter; appointment letter; transfer letter; experience /relieving letter.⬥ Handle joining and exit formalities.⬥ Ensuring personnel file are kept up to date with correct information.⬥ Provide data for and prepare management information reports as required.⬥ Preparing monthly headcount & attrition report.⬥ Leave and attendance Management.⬥ Prepare payroll-Corporate & Sites.⬥ Ensuring the timely credits of salary in bank accounts.⬥ Handling various grievances of employees.⬥ Arranging various employee engagement activities (Festival & Birthday celebration, outboundactivities; Medical camp etc).⬥ Assisting HR team and HOD'S in setting KRA'S; performance ratings data preparation andanalysis.⬥ Coordinate with consultant to insure the timely submission of PF & ESI Challan.⬥ Responsible for administration & Housekeeping Management.Recruitment & Selection:-⬥ Prepare job analysis for all entry; middle and senior level positions (vacant and filled)⬥ Source the profiles through Job-portals, Vendors & print advertisement.⬥ Shortlist and screen the profile.⬥ Take preliminary interview of the candidates.⬥ Coordinate with concerned department for further round and finalize the candidate.
