Azure DevOps: Built an engineering team of 35-40 engineers responsible for critical pieces of Azure DevOps CD Pipelines serving 99 of top 100 Azure DevOps customers and supporting 15M+ deployments a month.Mixed Reality for Work (MRW): Built an engineering team to incubate efforts in Mixed Reality based solutions for the Manufacturing domain serving first line workers. Worked closely with leaders from Chevron, ZF, IKEA etc. to understand early feedback and iterate over solutions to meet customers where they were while partnering on future scenarios.Microsoft Graph: Owned parts of the Microsoft Graph service, providing developers with one consistent and rich interface to access user information and relationships and providing partners a framework/schema on how to plug into the common graph layer.AADConnect - Architected the Auto Upgrade for the on-prem AADConnect component that orchestrated on-prem to cloud sync. 40k+ enterprise customers successfully used this in the first iteration of AutoUpgrade. Also built the self service password reset scenarios that are enabled through AADConnect. Identity scenarios - Prototyped and later productised key pieces of Multi-factor authentication within Azure AD.

Azure AD UX - Led early work on cloud deployments and incident management for the AAD UX service at a time when engineers were moving from building products to building services and learning new ways of building and running software. dSTS - Led the efforts to build the Security Token Service (DSTS) and Management interface for internal components of Azure. This enabled Azure components to interact securely with each other.AD Powershell Cmdlets - Owned the design and development of the entire suite of AD Powershell cmdlets for Active Directory management.Built critical features in the core AD Replication engine to light up scenarios such as Read-Only Domain Controllers (enabling AD in remote and/or DMZ scenarios).Active Directory Client APIs: Built the .net API Active Directory APIs on top of native APIs such as ADSI, wldap32. Owned all of the native AD client APIs such as ADSI (COM based interface) and wldap32 apis. These were used in every application that needed to call into AD for authentication or to retrieve user information (typically the first thing that a directory enabled application needs to do), demanding high reliability and a rich surface area.
