As Global Marketing Manager at UR, she focused on brand development and led high profile product launches. She also opened several South Asian markets for the company.Richa is an active Board member and investor in new and growing robotics companies. She is the Board Chair of Farmdroid as well as a Board member of Blue Atlas and Tutobo Robotics. She is also a Cofounder of REInvest Robotics and Lifeline Robotics. Richa has been recognized by Invest in Denmark & Kata Foundation with achievement and cash grant awards and named the “Rising Star of the Year” during her tenure at the Hager Group. She is also is a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences.
