Job Responsibilities:• Conducting monthly Operating and functional Reviews with the Finance/ HR/ Business verticals.• Assisting in institutionalizing the concept of measuring resource utilization and skill mapping ($P/$E) in Global applications• Responsible for producing scheduled as well as Adhoc MIS reports / Roll ups for region /offering/industry and support planning & analysis. • Work with Six sigma team as a finance validation expert for all kind of productivity initiatives across functions.• Assist in special projects for cost optimization and efficiencies of business impacting Company assets or employees. Areas covered - o Transport – Shift Rationalization, Revamp the portal and policy, Route optimization, o Admin Help desk – Turnaround time, analysis of types of complaints, user experience.o $Paid $Earned Utilization reports – Analysis of billing, charge codes, time booking and resource utilization.• Support automation Initiatives- Service Agreement Portal / Travel / iTMS / Softex / Cost Pools • Transformation - Help in building financial / MIS systems / Org Charts / movement of people• Managing the Governance Cadence / Periodic meetings for the finance head• Assistance in Compensation and Performance Appraisal planning of employees in finance
