Hi there! I’m Richa, a UX Researcher and Product Designer crafting value-driven, accessible design solutions that strike the right balance ⚖️ between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. I aim to utilize my design-thinking mindset to empower people 👥 and fuel product growth 🎯. Most recently, I’ve expanded my horizons by applying UX skillsets in the automotive industry through an internship at Volvo Cars, where I focused primarily on customer facing solutions in the Volvo Cars app. Additionally, with background in Computer Engineering and prior experience of working in a dynamic ed-tech startup, I have now honed my skills in AI-powered conversational UX Design, stakeholder management, churning effective product strategies, applying agile as well as user-centered design processes, and creating interactive prototypes on Figma.
