As a dedicated leader in early childhood development, I am passionate about creating meaningful, lasting impact. My journey has centered around advancing play-based learning, behavior change communication, and caregiver support to ensure children, especially those from low-resource settings, are school-ready and resilient. In recent years, I have been consulting across organizations to strategize, lead program design, and implement initiatives within the early childhood domain. Most recently, I led a responsive caregiving initiative ‘Prarambh- Sukhad Shaishab’ in Odisha for OneStage, a playful parenting for school readiness ‘Kal ki Neev’ for Save the Children, India and capacity building initiative for Ministry of Women and Child with Sattva and capacity-building Commission of India. Over a decade with Sesame Workshop, I led transformative social impact programs that improved the lives of children both in India and globally, honed my ability to develop and implement strategies, and nurtured partnerships that drive positive behavior change for children and caregivers empowering them to build a better future for themselves.
