As a junior counselor, I guided 12 middle school girls through the basics of engineering and computer science, helping them troubleshoot and think critically. I also collaborated with other counselors, as well as the Camp Directors to ensure that the entire camp was running smoothly.

As the head student athletic trainer I got to work directly with student athletes, helping them with injury treatment and injury prevention. This role refined my technical skills under pressure and taught me key communication skills.

As a physical therapy intern, I had the opportunity to shadow incredible physical therapist and rehab technicians. I learned about manual therapy, modalities, assisted exercises, etc. as an intern, I organized treatment rooms, provided support to patients, and assisted the rehab techs and physical therapists whenever needed. Through this, I refined my communication and interpersonal skills greatly while working with multiple patients daily.

I organized business-related fundraisers and workshops and led team efforts at national-level competitions. I was also part of the initiative that led to the largest membership increase in club history, increasing active members from 12 to 34 in one year through strategic recruitment, social media marketing, and word of mouth.
