For example, a user can search for any drug to check its cost and other details. He can check for any pharmacy details just by using pincode, he can place an order for a drug through cart similar to online shopping and many more other functionalities. • Below are the details of the project I’ve worked on:-1. ECCR-Enterprise Customer Contact Repository: - designed to capture real time data on high volume activities undertaken referred to as high value interactions by the customer from customer contact channels such as Care calls, Portal Visits etc. There are total 67 ECCR Interactions currently being log into portal .Every interaction has unique interaction ID .Once the User activity is captured in the form of interaction then its status and parameters are stored into database.2. NYSHIP Therapeutic Alternatives:-Check drug cost portlet was modified in order to display drug alternatives based on a client specific formulary , drug type ,drug cost etc .3. Global Navigation Phase 1/2/3:- Project was to enhance overall Caremark sites which includes :- simplified navigational elements (authenticated and unauthenticated pages) on the site . The new navigation should make it easier for Caremark users to find desired information. Caremark.com should be intuitive, simple and easy to use, both from an interaction design and from a copywriting point of view.
